Food, playtime and new pillows!

Mercedes is 5 months old now! Wow, really? I can't believe it. We are just so in love with this baby girl, I can hardly describe it! She is truly a blessing and we thank Heavenly Father for her daily!
She loves her daddy so much.

She's getting closer to sitting up on her own!

I thought it would be fun to see her reaction to playing in a pot of water.
She was entertained for a few minutes...
But I think she just started to feel frustrated.
Oh let me tell you about this binkey. She LOVES it. And she's starting to get down quite well how to grab it and put it in her mouth in the right way. So proud. :)

She tried baby rice cereal for the first time last week. I think she liked it, but she then started to get frustrated because apparently I was taking too long to get the spoon filled and bring it to her mouth.
Over all it was a good first time.
I think two posts ago I talked about making pillows for my livingroom. Well here they are! We sold our old T.V. on craigslist and with that money I went to the store and bought everything I needed.
Here are three of them, I made four over all.
So happy to have them finally. I THINK I'm mostly done decorating the livingroom now. Kind of a nice feeling. Have a nice day!

Beautiful, beautiful, and beautiful. I mean Mercedes, Mercedes, AND the pillows. :) I think I'll hire you to re-decorate our OLD house when we get back. Can't believe that girl is five months old!!! She's getting so big and strong. I love it!

THOSE ARE SOME OF THE CUTEST PILLOWS I'VE EVER SEEN! Talk about customizing your home. You are JUST so talented, I can't get over it. You need to make more pillows like those and SELL them. they're cuter than Wal-Mart, Bed, Bath, & Beyond, Target... you name it! You should sell 'em! I'd buy some...

And love the pot pictures, super cute. Big YAY for her putting her bink in all on her own. :) And how fun to be feeding her solids for a first time!!! I'm glad for you that she liked it. :) It's a relief knowing they'll eat and like something else sometimes.

I'm so glad that her jumper fits! She's so beautiful. And those pillows are amazing. I love them. That is a talent I wish I had. You'll have to teach me sometime. I would love to make pillows like that. And I agree with Breeana. You could totally sell those online. Make a website and do it.

We totally miss you guys! It's no fun not being neighbors anymore :( We've been out of town a lot because Aaron is training in SF, but once he is done and working in Sacramento permanently (in a few weeks), we definitely want to have you over to our new place. Mercedes is CUTE AS EVER by the way. We're gonna start doing rice cereal soon. Hopefully it will hold him over longer to actually sleep through the night :) See you later-

Kenz, you are so creative. I mean, a pot of water in your living room? Awesome. (This is Beth by the way, helping Grandma with commenting. Let's see if this works!)
